Since the lot in front of Oakhurst was large enough for another house, in 1949, Jack and Mary F. Lea built a two story brick house on the lot facing East Main Street thus removing the frontage to Cherry Lane.  This is the two story brick house at 933 East Main Street.  This lot was a part of the Oakhurst property before is was sub-divided.
