house is an Italian Mediterranean style of architecture with white brick, arched lower windows and doors, and an embossed
Mayflower appearing vessel on the chimney. The home was built by Nile Yearwood.. Donald W. Southgate of Nashville
was the architect. The wrought iron fence was erected by Carrigan Iron Works in Nashville. Mrs. B. F. Moore had
the house built in 1931.
