Mr. and Mrs. Cannon bought this property from the Wharton family. The original
house is gone. This house was built sometime after 1934. C. K. Colley, the architect who planned the house, arranged the floors,
stairs, rooms and utilities in such a manner that the house was easily adaptable for division into apartments.
